Your personal data will be retained in our server until the system’s services are active for the community service support of the city’s Community Quarantine. The information disseminated in this service is from trusted sources as this tool was developed in cooperation with LGUs in Cotabato City. Citizens may register online at (registration link here) and must fill out the online registration form by providing the required information. Upon approval of registration, an SMS notification will be sent to the registered number.
